Raw Zucchini Pasta
1 Medium Zucchini
1 Medium onion thinly sliced
2 cups of pasta sauce
Plastic Spiral Vegetable Slicer
Directions
- Using your plastic spiral vegetable slicer “spiralize” your zucchini
- Place in a large bowl adding the thinly sliced onion
- Cover with pasta sauce
- Enjoy!
Zucchini Pasta
I made this dish last evening. Aiyana loved it with the amount of zucchini that we have growing in the garden this will definitely be on the menu a lot. Aiyana loves pasta and she loves the new twist to the traditional pasta.

Oooh - I had this at a raw food demonstration. It was yummers. It had a raw marinara sauce too using dates, raw tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, herbs, and loads of olive oil. Good stuff.
I had raw zucchini pasta at a local raw food restaraunt in St. Augustine, FL called Present Moment Cafe. It was wonderful! I’ve been looking for instructions on how to do it since. Can’t wait to try. Thanks!
