Peaches

Tri Fruit Pudding

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 peach
  • 1 large red delicious apple

Directions

  1. Add fruit to food processor
  2. Blend and enjoy

If your new to raw foods or just happen to love fruit this is a simple way to include a variety of fruit into your daily cuisine. It’s simple and delicious. The apple also serves as a natural laxative.

  1. I have got to try this. My first reaction to eating raw foods (regularly) like this is that it takes too much time, costs too much, blah blah. It sounds delicious and doesn’t get any easier than that. :smile:

  5. I love peaches. I usually put a can of peaches in a freezer and when it is frozen I place it in a blender. Instant shake! I really need healthy food nowadays since I am starting to go to the gym
