Avocado Wrap

1 avocado, diced
1 small yellow onion finely chopped
4-6 romaine lettuce leaves

I finally got around to posting pictures of the wraps. I made more last evening and took a few pictures a few moments ago.

This is the same recipe I posted yesterday. I never got around to adding the grated carrots. It’s so good on it’s own! If you don’t like, a lot of onions reduce the amount to a few tablespoons or less.

The “wraps” were picked from the garden about forty minutes ago and the wraps (four total) are long gone. It’s a quick meal, light, and filling.

  1. Thanks for posting…I have been wanting to do wraps!

  2. Harmonia,
    You’re welcome
    I’ve been craving avocado.

  3. I could definitely tell those greens were fresh picked. They never look that green from the grocery store.
