This meal is light, filling, and so good for your. What’s the juice? Apple grape juice. The grapes came from my grapevine. A few moments ago I made the fixings for a delicious raw sandwich wrap. I’ll be posting that recipe later today. The ingredients are simple carrots, zucchini, onion, garlic, and I think I might add ginger. The wraps are made of lettuce and kale.
The majority of the meals I create are very simple at times I hesitate to post them because they aren’t elaborate but then I realize that there are many people that are like myself and aren’t looking for elaborate meals. These meals are healthful and I will continue to share them with others. The majority of the meals I eat are raw foods.
I don’t add too much fat into my diet. The times when I do it’s when I know that I’ll be having intense workouts so I know I’ll need the extra calories. I never had a problem with weight loss. My problem as a raw foodist was losing weight once I added more fat into my diet (avocados, nuts, etc.) I didn’t lose weight.
I haven’t had a cold in years. My daughter receive a stomach virus last year. She was fine after a day. I received it also. I was under a lot of stress at the time. I worked outside of the home so I imagine that did not help my situation however I took care of myself and I was fine the next day. The people on my job were out for over a week

I haven’t had a cold in 3 years. Before going veg I had 4 colds a year. Since going veg up to 3 years ago I would have 1 a year. Ironically I think I have a small one right now. Unless it’s allergies which I haven’t ruled out…I haven’t had allergies for about 16 years tho…strange. It’s not that bad of a one…just runny nose. I always drink green and white teas I smacked it with Emergen-C today as well as Thrayers throat drops and menthol/lemon natural drops PLUS I will be sniffing Tei Fu Oil tonight.
Glad to hear you and Aiyana don’t get sick much - I don’t like to think of either of you being ill. But also, you inspire more people to eat healthier because being sick less often is a definite good side effect!
I also look for simple meals that are quick and easy to make. I enjoy your recipes and blog very much. I am glad you are sharing your wealth of knowledge to better the lives of others.
I am glad you and your daugther are the picture of health.
Nice recipes but I think the taste will be too sweet for me. I’ll try strawberry instead of peach :).
That sounds so yummy. Breakfast for tomorrow settled!

Cheers, and thanks for sharing!

I totally understand the pudding thing now!!!
I made some tonight.
And someone told me raw food couldn’t taste good….
Ooohh that looks lovely though my bfast is typical English which is sausages, bacon or eggs or typical Norwegian which is bread, array of cheese, tomatoes and different types of ham. Though sometimes when in hurry i just eat an apple or a banana
Thanks everyone! I’ll be adding more recipes this week. It’s been a busy few weeks so I have not been able to update as I would like.
That sounds yummy. Do you peal the peach or just leave the skin on?
