Mangoberry Pudding

I made this a few months ago you don’t need to add the flax seed. The blueberries will make the pudding “gel” on their own flax seeds does the same thing.

Mangoberry Pudding
1 ripe mango - chopped
½ cup blueberries
2 tbsp freshly ground flax seed

Instructions
1. Add ingredients into a food processor
2. Blend until smooth
3. Serve & Enjoy

* You could also add the filling to a pie tart for an extra yummy treat if you do this you would need to let it chill for a few hours to let the filling set. I’ve made it this way before. It’s delicious.

  1. It says you need “1/2 blueberries”. Half of what?

    Sorry about that! It’s 1/2 cup. Sometimes I use more it depends.
