Eggless Eggrolls
By Opal Tribble • Jun 28th, 2007 • Category: The Cooked, What's Cooking/Uncooking?Eggless Eggrolls
Aiyana, my daughter, has been asking me to make eggrolls. I made these yesterday. There was enough to make several eggrolls. My garden is flourishing! The collards, green onions, and zucchini that are in these eggrolls came from the garden.

I also added portobello mushrooms, garlic, ginger, yellow onion, and coriander to the mix. My daughter is in love with these eggrolls.

They look good!
Harmonia,
My daughter loved them she said they were delicious. I really cannot eat them anymore since they are too “heavy” for me.
Thanks for stopping by girlie… YAY a vegan!!! For years now, my husband and I have been trying to transfer over from veggie to mostly raw foodand partially vegan. Recently I have been bad, and have been eating poorly. So I plan to detox and start all over again. These egg rolls though look delicious.
Latoya,
I really enjoyed your website I’ll be back often. I wanted to comment but your blog doesn’t allow anonymous commenter’s. I don’t use Blogger. I was on a cleanse last week, lots of herbal teas which I made, freshly squeezed lemons in water, and I loaded up on freshly made fruit smoothies which I added plenty of greens (collards, kale, romaine lettuce.)
These look soooo good.
What are they sizzlin’ in, btw? Olive Oil???
