Simply Divine Veggie Sandwich

1 romaine lettuce
1 cup leafy green lettuce
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup freshly grated carrots
1/4 - 1/2 cup sweet onion

Creamy Black Bean Peanut Soup

Creamy Black Bean Peanut Soup
2 cup cooked black beans
2 cups (or more) of water
1 cup cooked black eye peas
1 medium onion
1 tsp ground coriander
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 cloves of freshly ground garlic
1 tsp freshly ground ginger
1 tbsp olive oil

Peach Pudding

2 ripe peaches cut up

Directions

Add the peaches to a food processor
Blend until smooth
Enjoy!

It’s not really a pudding but the consistency reminds me of pudding. My daughter had peach pudding for her first meal yesterday. I asked her if she wanted bananas to add to the mix but she just wanted peaches.

Carrot Juice: It’s Time For A Recharge

Carrot Juice Recipe
4 pounds of carrots
Directions
1. Run everything through a juicer (I use a Green Star)
2. Serve and drink immediately if possible.
If you’ll be making this to drink later store in a tightly sealed container.

1 medium zucchini
1 small yellow onion
1/4 tsp old bay seasoning to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

2 cups of pasta sauce

Plastic Spiral Vegetable Slicer
Directions

Using your plastic spiral vegetable slicer “spiralize” your zucchini
