Mangoberry Pudding

Mangoberry Pudding
I made this a few months ago you don’t need to add the flax seed. The blueberries will make the pudding “gel” on their own flax seeds does the same thing.
Mangoberry Pudding
1 ripe mango - chopped
½ cup blueberries
2 tbsp freshly ground flax seed

Strawberry & Mango Fruit Pudding

Fruit Pudding ~ Strawberry, Mango, Coconut, & Flax
Ingredients
1 cup strawberries
1 medium sized mango
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp ground or whole flax seeds
Directions
1. In a food processor add strawberries and mango.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add coconut oil.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Add flax seeds.
6. Blend until smooth.
7. Enjoy!
