3 bananas
1 cup strawberries
1″ ginger

3 ripe bananas
Instructions
1. Place bananas in food processor.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve & enjoy.
If you don’t like bananas substitute with your fruit of choice or even better combine different fruits.
This is a very quick meal that is ready in seconds.



Strawberry & Carrot Smoothie

2 cups strawberries
2 carrots
3 large bok choy leaves
4 cups water
*You can always substitute fruit juice for the water or add a natural sweetener if you don’t think it will be sweet enough.
