1 cup baby spinach

i’ve been on a watermelon kick the past few weeks. They have started to ripen in our garden and they are delicious and not to mention cleansing.

Peach Pudding

2 ripe peaches cut up

Directions

Add the peaches to a food processor
Blend until smooth
Enjoy!

It’s not really a pudding but the consistency reminds me of pudding. My daughter had peach pudding for her first meal yesterday. I asked her if she wanted bananas to add to the mix but she just wanted peaches.

1. Run everything through a juicer (I use a Green Star)

Raw Zucchini Pasta
Raw Zucchini Pasta
1 Medium Zucchini
1 Medium onion thinly sliced
2 cups of pasta sauce

Plastic Spiral Vegetable Slicer
Directions

Using your plastic spiral vegetable slicer “spiralize” your zucchini
Place in a large bowl adding the thinly sliced onion
Cover with pasta sauce

I made this pasta about an hour ago. The pasta is actually made from zucchini. This meal was ready in less than five minutes. I’ll post the recipe tomorrow. I stored the leftovers in the freezer where it’s marinating. It always tastes better the next day.

1 cup strawberries
2 cups apple juice

Raw Green Salad
This didn’t start off as a raw green salad, but it ended that way. These are the leftovers from the eggless eggrolls that I made yesterday.
Aiyana has been contentedly nibbling on her egg rolls and I’ve been happily munching on my raw green salad wrapped in lettuce and collard leaves.
