Organic Tomatoes & Greens

Sauteed Garbanzo Beans & Greens

1 cup cooked garbanzo beans
2 cups greens
1 cup spinach
3 cloves of garlic freshly ground
3 small tomatoes
1 cup vegetable broth, water, herbal tea
1 large yellow onion
salt to taste

Directions

In a skillet sauté yellow onions until clear
Gradually add garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
Gradually add liquid
Add garlic
Add greens and tomatoes
