Banana Nut Smoothie

Banana Nut Smoothie

Banana Nut Smoothie
1 cup frozen bananas
4 cups juice (I used apple juice)
3 tablespoons of freshly ground raw cashew nuts
1 vanilla bean (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

Directions
1. Add all ingredients into blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Serve & Enjoy

I didn’t make the smoothie last night Aiyana was tired and really wasn’t hungry so I made this a few moments ago. Enjoy!
