Banana Berry Smoothie
4 cups of apple juice
1 cup frozen bananas
1/2 cup strawberries

Instructions

1. Add everything into blender
2. Blend
3. Enjoy

  1. Mmmm that sure sounds good. :) I make smoothies using different types of fruit and fruit juices (and must admit a bit of alcohol sometimes) in my Magic Bullet blender. It’s perfect for smoothies. :)

    yes it’s very delicious. I like my smoothies thick so if you want a lighter version just ad more juice.

    Yes it’s very easy to make. I don’t usually have the time to make anything elaborate so the simpler the better. ;-)

  11. of all the smoothies I have made for my protein drinks and pure delight, I have neglected to think of adding juices. I should have been paying more attention when I was at the local smoothie joint and watch them put juices in. Thanks for the receipe, you have expanded my world.

    It’s around 35 degrees Celcius here in my country (malaysia), and that one will just suit the hot tropical weather.
