I’m a single mom, business owner, athlete, etc., I’m back in school working on my Masters degree in Traditional Naturopathy after that time I’ll be pursuing my PhD within the same field.
I’m fascinated with nutrition and have read numerous books and taken numerous courses on the subject. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with others. A food that is healthy doesn’t mean it will taste bad. I don’t force myself to eat healthy foods I do so because not only are they nutritious they are extremely tasty.
I’ve been a vegetarian since 1992. I officially made the switch to Vegan around 7 years ago. Last year I transitioned to a mostly raw vegan lifestyle; however, I still make cooked dishes.
Although my daughter eats a high amount of raw foods she eats some cooked foods also.
One thing that is important to me is making meals that are simple, nutritious, and delicious the majority of the recipes featured here can be made in less than ten minutes.
